our history

Newbridge started in 1992 by Andy Brown in a small workshop in Upminster.

As the business grew, the team increased in size to 4 members of staff

As the business continued to grow Newbridge moved to new larger workshop in Basildon, with space to work on 10 cars from the previous 4

We became fully insurance approved and a member of VBRA (The Vehicle Builders & Repairers Association). The team again saw an increase in staff where we grew to 6

With the increase in work we were again moving to a larger workshop to deal with the increase in damage repairs, this saw us able to cater for 20 cars, up from the previous 10, staff levels also moved up to 12.

Another move for us in 2010 to our current workshop where we were able to repair 50+ cars a week with our new workforce of 30 staff

This year saw us move into London by purchasing another Accident Repair centre, Newbridge London (Sydenham) was then opened with 7 staff repairing 25+ cars per week

Our Basildon & London Accident Repair Centres see over 100 vehicles repaired every week, teamed with our 50 strong workforce ensure we are able to deliver exceptional repairs and customer service.

With London and Basildon sites continuing to repair over 100 cars per week we added another site in Dartford, Kent.
